1. Digital Product Disclaimer

All purchases made through Viral Sprint are for digital marketing services. Once an order has been processed and delivery has started, it cannot be reversed or refunded in full.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • Your order was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
  • There was a technical issue on our side that prevented delivery.
  • You accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same link or service.

To qualify, you must submit a request within 3 days of the order completion date.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You provided an incorrect or broken profile link.
  • You changed your username or made your account private during delivery.
  • A drop in engagement occurred after completion (unless covered by a refill guarantee).
  • The order was fulfilled as described in the selected package.

4. Refill Guarantee

Some services may include a limited-time refill guarantee. If you experience a drop in metrics during the guarantee period, contact us and we’ll investigate and redeliver if eligible.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue, email us at support@paleturquoise-hippopotamus-279013.hostingersite.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your case within 2–3 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before opening any payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from future purchases.
